Wellbeing Coaching

 

Think Life Coach, Personal Trainer, and Yoga Instructor all rolled into one. That’s exactly what you get when you come to a YogaCoach session. As your personal coach I’ll offer you a holistic pathway to live your best life, all based on the ancient principles of the science of yoga, wrapped in modern coaching techniques. 
 

You don’t need to have any yoga experience, or really, even be interested in yoga. You see, the modern-day take on ‘yoga' is often just based on the body (asana), and while we’ll work with the body and functional movement patterns in our sessions (don’t worry, no handstands required), we’ll spend even more time on the the mind, your vision and dreams, your diet and sleep patterns, your energy levels, and your relationships, as they’re all connected.
 

You’ll receive practices designed specifically for you - and when you show up and commit, you’ll start to see results almost immediately. A stronger body, a calmer mind, more fulfilling relationships, more energy and passion for life, all from your heart space. 

The underlying principles I work with are wide and varied, yet simple. And the process I use is based on the YogaCoach methodology developed by my teacher, Mark Breadner.


THE YOGA COACH PRINCIPLES:

  • Our potential is inherent

  • We don’t need to build it, but rather discover and unleash it

  • The more aware and conscious we are, the better choices we make

HOW IT WORKS

Our sessions will deliver you a unique program designed specifically to your needs. We’ll work with the body, mind and spirit, using physical functional assessments, questionnaires, and coaching to then create tailored practices and a lifestyle program that’s specific and targeted for you.

 

Sessions are via Skype (unless you are Northern Beaches based) and run for 45-60 minutes (please allow up to 90 minutes for the first session). Just book in here.

 

Important - you’ll be given self-practices and lifestyle modifications to practice during the course of our coaching sessions, and it’s high encouraged to implement these. This is where the magic lies!

HOW MANY SESSIONS SHOULD YOU BOOK?

Transformational Yoga Coaching is a real process of self-empowerment. The more willing you are to look at your ‘stuff’ and commit to the process, the greater the change you’ll see. You’ve got this!

 

  • 4 Sessions block (once a week for 4 weeks) $135 each session (paid upfront)

  • 8 Sessions block (once a week for 8 weeks) $115 each session ($540 paid upfront, remainder paid before Week 5)

*please allow up to 90 minutes for the first session, and 45 minutes for each session following

 

In addition to the Skype sessions there are emails, check-in’s and materials provided.

 

I have had many clients continue after 8 weeks, to help them keep moving forward through life with ease and grace.

 

Clients continuing after 8 weeks will receive a further discount on block packages. It's time to fall in love with your potential.
