After your twins, triplets or quads arrive, you don't need to be alone. In fact, where multiples are concerned, the more helping hands on deck, the better!
I can help you to find your rhythm with settling or feeding and I know where to send you for help if a professional is needed.
If you want someone to help you with feeds, setting up a routine, someone to come for a walk with you, to help you work out how you're going to go for a drive. Someone to help you cope with the 'witching hour', someone to watch the twins while you have a shower or someone to help you out with a few light chores and cook a meal, I can help.
Think of postnatal services as an investment in yourself and your family because if Mum isn't coping, nobody is. Remember I'm a mum of twins, so I get it! I've been there and I know how tricky it can be.
