There's only a couple of things that you need to bring to a Yoga Mumma's Workshop...

  • Yourself
     

  • Comfortable clothes suitable for yoga practice
     

  • A re-fillable waterbottle
     

  • You may wish to bring a comfortable pillow to sit on for breathing + meditation practices
